Well said Gatsby, however Mr Chew is very focused on his personal vendetta against Mr Molen. He is not concerned with any of the actual trading rules that exist in pinky land, but has decided to use the big board rules to claim fraud, manipulation, ponzi, or any other word he can google about securities.

He also has explained how he could never think of actually making money trading one of these POS companies. I recommend everyone follow his trading advice closely as they seem to be clear, concise, and coherent points.
