there are a lot of people calling this a scam. does one of them have any proof of this --- ABSOLUTELY NOT !!!!
here are the facts. ipwg has a SIGNED deal with local and national govt agencies in poland to build a wte plant in radom, poland (pr's from 2009 confirm this). they have closed on the financial deal with ifi snl feb 2010 (pr is available). they put out a pr that they were getting the first part of the financing in july 2010 (again pr is available) --- but for UNKNOWN reasons, they did not get the first payments.

there have been several people (check for yourself --- and i am not speaking about myself) who have posted on 3 different mb's that they have spoken with the ceo of the company within the last 1-2 weeks --- and the ceo said they will get the money - they will get the deal completed.

anyone posting this is a scam has no proof --- and is basing his guess due to the fact that they haven't received the money (YET). unfortunately, up until they announce they have received the funding, there is no proof that this is not a scam. BUT THAT DOES NOT PROVE IT IS A SCAM.

so at this point, we are still in waiting mode --- and it is my belief that the ceo is not lying --- and that they will receive the funding.

no one has shown any concrete evidence proving this is a scam --- just conjecture, and imo, ill will towards the company because they have lost money.
