You are right, it may not be the format that is wrong it may be the CEO that is wrong. He has been caught lying 100 times too many and there is absolutely zero trust in the industry for Klepto and his crap.

You can have the best product in the world but fail on execution and Klepto has certainly done that. You have to ask yourself why would someone lie as often as he does and about the most important part of any business, the launch.

Personally I think all the lies are clear, he is a fraudster just trying to screw people over and steal their money. Klepto has lied from day one and now has zero chance to make this work.

If you are a real shareholder you should be yelling to replace him and find someone that can get the job done and who the industry might be willing to listen. As is stands now your investment rest in Klepto's lying and cheating hands it is clearly a lost cause.

If you know a bum begging for money is only going to use the money to buy booze are you going to continue to give him money every time he ask? NO, your not. The same goes for Klepto he has used up all his begging and no one will even come near him now.

Klepto is a complete failure as a person and a CEO. Think about it, it would be better for this company to file bankruptcy then try and continue as is. Filing will clear the books (sort of) and Klepto needs to go. The so called board of directors need to send him packing but I blame them as well for letting Klepto ruin any chance this company ever had.

Bottom line is Klepto must go, once that happens the tone will change and people might be more receptive to listen, but as it stands now there is not a single person on this planet that will give him the time of day, nor should they.
