Maybe management is not concerned about the shareprice of ERHE OTCBB because it thinks:

1) The price now is high because the wells are non-commercial.
2) They will get a slice of the AIM pie with more shares.
3) They are concerned that they may end up with nothing because of the onging DOJ / SEC / IRS invesitgations - audits.
