I pointed this rare earth play out at .14 or so and it hit the .70s then backed off.

With the monster rare earth moves I had become reluctant to tout these further.

That being said, it looks like the situation is quickly gaining momo again with news that Congress might take up this issue right after the election and not wait for the new Congress to be sworn in.

Imo, MLLOF.PK looks like it might make that second move.

Its got a limited float and it is partners with REE. (The REE former CEO is now MLLOFs CEO.)

I am NOT saying its a flat out buy but I am saying it might take off and should be watched for a breakout.
