The question is "IF" ARSC hasnt been goofing around and has developed a legitimate Hydra Fuel Cell then we are all in the money. The LLC is a legit company and if the cells can do thier job, there is alot of work for unemployed people to do to have this changeover completed.

CAn someone tell me what is feeding this fuel cell, did they change over to natural gas? or stayed with the H20?
