Where is your PROOF that the WD was recorded. Last Chance posted that Warranty Deed in post # 6108 but it seems it was never recorded!
If UCHB paid 140 grand, where is the PR or SEC filing?

It sounds to me like you've been calling the company and believing all the lies they tell you!

Make them send you an email instead, that way you will have proof of their lies so you can sue them!
