I wish the govenment establish new SEC for seperate group.
Example:
DEPT or Group
NYSESEC-> NYSE
NASDAQSEC -> NASDAQ
AMEXSEC -> AMEX
OTCSEC -> Stock OTCBB
PinkSEC PINK -> Stock Pinksheet

Easy for shareholders or investors call which dept. to get straight.

Why Government has only one SEC? SEC always do very business because of over million stocks! US government know better!
