My theory is this and it may be incorect but from the last PR what I got out of it is BEHL and BNPD are in contract and because info is minimal from the two entities I am assuming BNPD paid BEHL in portion with their dirty shell and part of the contract is that The owners of BNPD get to utilize BEHL's product and rights. Don't know just yet but my theory is developing little by little. Interesting as we go I must say. Something I've never seen before. I do know we can only assume so much with out having definate info...
