I don't know about a breakout but accumulation is definitely happening. First the news about 100% ownership of STS and then the SITE contract have really started an uptrend in the share price.

Let's hope that the momentum continues to build and the good news keeps flowing and we will be in the .03-.05 range in no time.

My 6 month investment has turned into maybe 3 years but I can wait for the big payday.
