It only took 350 shares to drop the price $.11,(10%) Buyers and sellers drive the price. Good news and positive actions cause them to move SP up. Lack of progress and no news concerning current status is the motive behind people selling at these low prices.

Until these issues are resolved, the SP could go even lower. Management would do shareholders a big favor by issuing regular updates as they work thru this.
