LOL, are you stuck in 2004? There are 10 dispensaries within 3 miles of where I am sitting right now. I could go smoke a joint in the parking lot with zero worries about police troubles. There are a few states (CO, CA) that LOOSELY enforce MMJ laws and are moving toward legalization. There are another 12 that strictly enforce MMJ laws and that # is growing. Marijuana WILL be legalized eventually, it is the will of the people and the fact that the polling is so close the first time this is on any ballot shows how soon that will be a reality. You are obviously misinformed about the current role of medical marijuana in our country. Do me a favor and search "4/20 Boulder" on youtube. That is how heavily enforced restrictions are in the Denver area - almost not at all. It's the same in many areas of California.
