I have been reading this board daily and invested in ARIA some time ago. These are my thoughts on the dilution and timing.

I think it killed the momentum. The retraction might not have been the same if he had waited. I would rather he had let the PPS run a month prior to announcing. To me, the worst part is he stated there would be no dilution! This is the one thing that will stick in my mind at every milestone in the future. He still has more shares to do the exact same thing with in the future?
