I just don't think there are many people selling right now and those that want to buy have to pay upward to get in. With the uncertainty of when any announcement might come out regarding Tmob and the time clicking, were are about a month and one half until the stay runs out in the Tmob case. It's likely the state case will extend longer than the 15 Nov trial date, unless the Daic parties come in with a settlement. It may not be likely in the short term, until they have had time to assess where they really are and how they might try to maneuver. At some point, probably after they have new legal counsel, it will come to them that a settlement might be the best way out of this mess. I just don't see them taking this thing to trial. We'll just have to see.
