let me understand some folks here, the FR released the other day by John would be considered a fluff if released as PR because the co does not believe in releasing news unless its material change. correct? IF IT'S FLUFF FOR A PR HOW DO WE RATE IT AS A FR, And how else does one engage new investors unless it's on recomendation only. would have seen a much bigger move in the pps if FR was PR. IMHO AS ALWAYS
