Didn't we submit a new package in Feb. then when were all expecting clearance in July, we find out about an entirely NEW package because the FDA couldn't open some files? THAT is what I was refurring to. You can't tell me it wasn't a scramble to get an entire new package together in an openable format. It wasn't done overnite. You missed the point of my statement anyway. It was about safety and FDA's caution, NOT the transparency that was lacking between Feb. and July 15th; but thanks for reminding me.
