Not sure have to wait and hear back but 1 possible explanation could be that hm3 wasnt set up to handle the calls and didnt expect alot of people to order before the release of the infomercial so they hired an outside company (ignite media solutions)to handle their marketing and sales and such maybe their setting up and getting things ready for the release of the infomercial and possibly a marketing campaign will update as soon as i hear something.
