Well I see absolutely no reponse to the statement that the management has recently or is now paying off the loan they received when the company first started

What kind of argument is this?

It would be like me throwing out there that JD is a drug trafficker and then saying that you didn't throw out any links to prove me wrong.

The burden of proof for ridiculous statements is on the person making them, not everybody else. This isn't the national enquirer.
