I'll concede that mostly buys $50 to $200 buys by peeps wanting a piece of the ELCR pie. The problem with having a float of 10 billion shares is that if it ever were to start trading .0003, then there will be 1 million dollars in profits that the .0002 buyers will be tempted to take off the table and a potential pool of 10 billion shares to sell to churn through that pool of profit takers.

It's sinking because of the dilution, and it's weight will hold it down, imo.
