BEHL / BNPD In Touch Tuesday

October 26, 2010

Dear Shareholders,

There is never a slow time at the BEHL / BNPD headquarters in Santa Ana, California and the month of October was no exception. The technical team spent the majority of October apart from their family and friends while deploying the Company’s closed-loop photobioreactor (PBR) systems in Death Valley Junction (DVJ), California. The October weather in DVJ consisted of extreme hot and cold temperatures, rain, high winds and even hail. It was no surprise to BEHL that its PBR systems were able to withstand the extreme weather without causing any damage to the corners, tubes, piping or other equipment. This week, the technical team will be working at the Company headquarters to complete the preassembly of the corners and bags for the 3rd and 4th CAB’s (controlled algae basins) in DVJ. The week of November 1st, the BEHL technical team is looking forward to returning to DVJ to complete the installation of the first commercial acre.

Improvements to the PBR’s PLC system have been underway for the past month now at the Company’s headquarters. A Siemens programmer was hired to improve the PLC’s overall functionality and interface. The Company is looking forward to sharing screenshots of the PLC interface on its website (www.biocentricenergy.com) once complete. This will allow shareholders to see how intuitive and necessary the PLC systems are to the Company’s PBR systems and the commercial production of algae.

This month the Company entered into a VAR (value added reseller) agreement with a highly influential and recognized Native American woman by the name of, Ms. Angela Young. Ms. Young is the owner of Fast Horse Energy and her business was recently featured in Native Legacy Magazine. In a recent press release, Ms. Young stated “As a Native American, I have become increasingly concerned with the nutritional challenges facing Native people on reservations and the link to heart disease - our number one cause of death. A step in the right direction for this nutritional dilemma is access to independent pathways for solid nutrition. A solid option is the algae food supplement called Astaxanthin, which is an antioxidant having beneficial impacts on heart disease, cancer, the immune system and possibly, diabetes. As a step to provide tribes with an independent and innovative alternative for nutritional health, my objective is to provide tribes with the option to possess algae parcels in one common location with an experienced grower. The Astaxanthin can then be used as a nutritional food supplement or can be sold to nutrition-based vendors for additional tribal revenue.” The Company is looking very forward to working with Ms. Young in support of her efforts with Native American people.

The Company’s client from Hawaii visited the BEHL/BNPD headquarters a few weeks ago to finalize their requirements for their upcoming purchase of PBR systems. The anticipated sale and deployment is still on track for this year and several BEHL/BNPD employees are anxiously waiting to begin this deployment in paradise (aka) Hawaii. This client has unique requirements and will be utilizing the PBR’s to cultivate dozens of different strains for commercialization.

Last weekend, BNPD embraced the opportunity to exhibit at a food festival in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. This RanchoFest event allowed attendees the opportunity to visit the BNPD booth, taste BNPD’s Vitamin-X health drink and learn about Astaxanthin and its incredible health benefits. BNPD Chairman of the Board, Dennis Fisher and employees handed out over 500 samples of Vitamin-X to attendees. The feedback on the flavor and taste of BNPD’s Vitamin-X drink was positive and the drink was thoroughly enjoyed! The Company BNPD/BEHL is gearing up for celebration upon the completion of its first commercial acre and the ability to begin producing Astaxanthin for commercialization.

The next two months will be an exciting time as the Company looks forward to realizing its goals!

Sincerely

BEHL / BNPD
