Yes. I do understand the current O/S is 95 mil. My assumption is all the notes holders converts all the shares it will be close to 1.6 bil. Remember, they don't need even to register before selling also. They can sell it at their own will and wish. If they reprice the conversion to 0.005 means 12.8 billion shares. Not that all of them are considered O/S on day one but eventually we get there without you and me knowing it bcz they are excluded from SEC registration filings..... JMHO
