Just as the FDA is corrupt and is resposible for stifling ampakines for the benefit of their BP sponsors. BP is also responsible for the FEDS always demonizing marijuana against the wishes of the public majority.

Many of the people that keep BP earning billions with their anti-depressents would be able to grow their own alternate medicine and the whole BP industry would suffer loss of income.

Whenever you want to understand a stupid law, follow the money.
