looks to me like the defendants forgot about a Notary Public; which, was on the Plaintiffs MOU provided to the court. Defendants MOU looks a bit sketchy IMO (no notary Public...oops)... will read some more and post tomorrow if I see anything interesting... have a good evening SYNJers...
