"On that same day, July 9 2010, Nina Pullman, Bruce Scharf, and EZ Rocks 4U completed (but did not record) a Warranty Deed transferring the property to “UC HUB, Inc.”

I wonder why they didn't RECORD the Warranty Deed transferring the property to “UC HUB, Inc.”

Lets see, could it be that Larry Wilcox didn't want it recorded so nobody could find what MINE he was PUMPING!
