It wouldn't be another LOI it is further negotiations I am sure.

I feel good Ike is working towards a goal and the dealings with Fu are not totally in the trash.

I doubt partying is what Ike is doing. I would bet he is really tired running here and there in different time zones to better GOIG.I can bet he is not over there if he did not feel it could help GOIG out.
