Going live completely changes the rules to the game.

You are now risking live money, and as much as you want to try and mimic those emotions paper trading, greed and fear will own you if you do not have control of them in a live trading environment.

When you practice, it is best to make yourself feel like you are risking actual cash. These are hard to do because if you have a bad trade, you just say 'oh well, next time'. In the live environment, if you loose, generally it flows something like 'what the $#@$ %#$%#$ i can't believe @#$#@$ this system is @#$@#...'

The rules are the same, but the trading environment for the person changes drastically.

This is something that, unfortunately, will not go away without experience in the trading world.

After time, your reaction to losses will go something like this: 'One loss, ready for re-entry, give it to me baby!!'

Hope this helps

Action and reaction, ebb and flow, trial and error, change - this is the rhythm of living. Out of our over-confidence, fear; out of our fear, clearer vision, fresh hope. And out of hope, progress.
