That would depend, I believe you would get huge volume as out patients from nursing homes rather than a IP. I would think there would be a Physician Charge. Question also would it be a Internal Medicine billable referral or a Dermatologist outpatient referral billable or both. The more specialties in the mix the more volume. Hopefully without in fighting over revenue.
