I can guess but it depends on the going price of oil at the time. Here is a general formula: 400,000,000 barrels (which is super low IMO) and 400,000,000 shares = each share is = to 1 barrel of oil and at $50/barrel net less 1/2 off for the Joint Venture that comes to $25 a share. I would think a conservative number would be over 10 x that or $250 a share +. This is only a guess.
