Big block trade on Yida today....500k shares traded at 10/share.

I wonder what is up? If this sale is out of the way, perhaps the stock can lift....but for every buyer, there is a seller. Hopefully, more details will become apparent with a filing or two in the next week.

The transaction accounts for 2.5% (roughly) of the FDS count, so if its an initial purchase, it won't be enough to trigger a 13G filing....but if the seller holds more than 5%, they will have to update their holdings soon.
