O/S & Float Update - well now my confusion is solved, this explains why we had so much dumpage into that news last week. The converter saw the news Thursday eve and converted shares and sold them on Friday and Monday.

Float: 25,159,742 (this was the 1.6M addition)

That means there were over 3.5M new shares added to the market Starting on Friday thru yesterday..this added to the 1.6M that were added during the week last week, so 5.1M shares were added in the past week ALL due to Convertible debentures

This is what killed out huge rally potential on Friday and what killed our continuation on Monday. I was bewildered thinking it was only 1.6M shares, but it was actually 5.1M shares in total for the week. geez!
