usually ,GOLD co acquire a land and then they initiate drilling and after they find something they Go for a NI 43-101 Technical Report validate their report and their share price will move up once validated Big time
all this process take years ,look at KATX and others they are in drilling phase

now with SNEY they are acquiring a property with a NI 43-101 Technical Report already established!!!thus this acquisition will inject an immediate valuation in SNEY and will take its price per share to very high levels
