For once I understand management's delay. They can't afford to run a trial themselves. It makes sense to find a partner to pay for it. If they're paying for it, they would probably want to design the trial or at least be a collaborator.

Now, getting one last patient for SA trial going on two years, is it? Sheesh! That's pathetic! These guys appear to be scientists trying to act like businessmen.

Why even state "end of October"? I'm sure they will fail to deliver on this also. SOS.
