That trade for 1000 shares @.0003 was bull.
Who in there right mind would do that. If they traded for free they'd get .30 cents.
The sell before that was 10000 @.0004, a massive $4 bucks.

MM manipulation.
Bet theres a short seller out there with millions of shares @ .0004 then they make a crap .0003 trade for 1000 shares to proffit off that .0001.
