I hadnt heard about not selling in Canada. Are they 'not allowed' or is it just that they havent hit that market yet? Theyre selling where their biggest market and most demand is right now - more underdeveloped countries for the most part.
There is another company from Canada doing the same things. Medmira trades on the TSX exchange (MIR). They are further ahead than MSITF, trade on a more reputable exchange and have only 40 million O/S. Take a look. I wouldnt recommend buying at this point, its up 100%+ in the last month.

I guess we also have to consider if this is just a scam company, in which case we're screwed no matter what. Lets face it, this is a sub penny stock, its possible.
