The court ordered mediation was supposed to have ended on 25 Oct (yesterday). Coming up friday is the pre-trial hearing in which a motion to disqualify Williamson's firm and a motion to transfer the case to another district court will be heard, as well as other things I'm sure. If an ADR is being drawn up, that is to be completed by 1 Nov (monday). All of this is per the court docket and is subject to change based on the courts determination as to how the case will proceed.
