"I still believe personalized funeral products are the wave of the future"

You may be right, but have you seen any reporting, figures, studies, that show this is growing? Anything I've read is usually on the the line of "people were out kicking the tires, chuckled a bit, but weren't interested in buying" (from a large city newspaper). I really thought when they got that primetime coverage on ESPN it might spur some sales. I believe 5 years has been a good enough test, and we can all agree in that period of time there are no sales to speak of. From what I have read, casket sales are lessening as people are choosing alternatives. There doesn't seem to be a trend upwards. With EI's growing expenses, debt, abysmal sales, and apparant inability to get financing, I don't see how Matthews is going to pull them out of this. Aren't they going to need some cash, like real soon? Don't forget Matthews still has to find buyers if and when they purchase anything from EI. Again, I dont't know what you are seeing that leads to an upward trend in purchasing personalized funeral products.
