Clean Coal Technologies Received Final Approval for Inner Mongolia Project

CORAL SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwire - 10/26/10) - Clean Coal Technologies, Inc., CCTI, (Pinksheets:CCTC - News), a clean energy technology company, today announced the formal approval of the Inner Mongolia clean coal project.

CCTI's joint venture has received the final project and environmental approvals from the Inner Mongolia Provincial Autonomous Region Development and Reform Commission, and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional Environmental Protection Department, which now clears the way to proceed with the necessary activities to support the commencement of its initial technology deployment in the Ulunhot industrial complex. These include the staffing of our joint venture operation, and finalization of funding activities and sub-contracts with local services and materials suppliers in addition to our primary engineering contractors in the US and Canada.

Our joint venture partner has previously been awarded the necessary permits for the commencement of the rail spur that will serve our facility, which is expected to commence in the Spring of 2011, and be completed the same year.
