Hey SA12, is this latest money-raising round similar to the SEDA's used so often by penny stocks? I have seen several do that in the past as one of the many, and usually increasingly expensive, ways they raise money at the expense of the common shareholder.

Hard to believe with TIV's history that anyone would allow themselves to be a 27%-down bagholder again, but that's exactly what buyers at the top of the recent pop are today, 27% down. Par for the course for TIV, gotta know when to fold 'em and let somebody else hold 'em.
