Really nothing more to say about VCTY, just if they plan on getting investors interested it is going to take a lot more then paying some penny stock sites a few hundred dollars to post how good vcty is and how it is going to have big gains in the near future. I feel sad for all who lost good money just because of a dumb penny site or unknown dilution. The only thing that can help this stock up is tactician university being sold and having a share buyback at a fixed price, Or special dividend issued to holders of record on dividend date and ex dividend date.
