There is a complaint against the state to renew the permit. This administrative hearing is when all of the issues are to be heard by a judge instead of just wheeler and the judge will make the determination if Seafarer should get the permit. The last conversation with the judge he said not to waste the courts time, just work it out. Now that they were unable to work it out he will make the decision. This should be great for Seafarer because they have met all of the requirements of the state. The bad part is the season is almost at the end. I hope the guys like cold water and the boats have smooth seas this winter. As for me I am trying to get a PADI certification so I can apply to hire on as a diver. I hope they will hire the handicapped and not to just use me for a buoy.
