The court ordered mediation re: state court case, is scheduled to end today and if an agreement is/has been made, it should be wrapped up by 1 Nov per the court docket. If not we will likely know that sometime soon. That doesn't mean that an agreement can't be made after this date, it just ends the court ordered attempt.
