You are correct, and I'm assuming without knowing that it is the remaining float of no more than 250K shares, and most likely much fewer. Just odd as hell that after the successful reverse merger announcement that anyone would bail, as for as you and others have pointed out HPG appears, in the hands of the Hettingers, to commence a prospering expansion of it's business purpose. My opinion is that we will shortly see the appreciation of the share price to the 2.00+ level, perhaps as early as mid-week.
