No you are not missing anything, That's exactly what it says. I'm playing devil's advocate here. Ken can change the symbol,SSWC can cease to exist & our shares become worthless. In an earlier posting, Ken stated that SSWC would be absorbed by Kenergy but the symbol would remain SSWC. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I have been burned several times by these pumped up pinkies, but I keep buying them hoping for a BIG ONE. GLTA
