i understand a mailer went out in july. i just received this one this month. not sure of the exact date it came. i just got home from a month working out of state.

topaz recently announced it has signed a loi with rmj, a private independent oil and gas company, to partner in a multi-well development program. i dont own any of topz any more. maybe i should of held on to it.?
