Just a question...... I read a lot of post and the news that came out on the 22nd.

Just so I clear this up with out any its good or bad talk. But just what the company is accutally saying they are doing,(true or not true)

They are giving their assets to BNPD and are just building at cost and adding 20%. So as far as a compnay goes. This will be all that BEHL is doing.

And therefore BNPD would be taking over everything else. And we get 1 share of them per 10 of BEHL

Just trying to get the just of this, so I understand and can make my own decision.
