foreign companies claiming huge gold finds is nothing rare in these markets. new company out of nowhere, mine location in UKRAINE, no physical us offices, huge convertibles in place. that is not a "rare" gem. that is the majority of the gold sham companies out there imo. i don't think this one is any different imo.
