The other aspect is that the recent price history in the move from $0.03 to $0.18... IS history. Noting the volume in the trade since the news of an agreement between CLYW and T-Mobile to suspend the case... it seems pretty obvious that you can't assume you'll see exactly the same type of pattern in the trade again the next time. The next time there is news, that news will likely be a thing that the market, including a range of new participants, are already expecting. With the right news, I think there will be a lot of competition all trying to get in faster than the other guy.
