for you to say not bullish is just not correct...Looking at a weekly chart it s quiet obvious that a long term uptrend is in formation looking at MACD and 50 day MA crossing 200 day MA...Looking at a daily chart we still have some work ahead i agree...but with the low volume lately we have been able to etablish 2 things: 1st a higher low and we have broken that down trend line that has been knocking down the PPS ever since 52 week high of 0.0085...What you mean is caled brakeout over the 200 day MA but for that it would be ideal to have big volume to confirm that brakeout...so from a little longer term perspective i can say we are turning towards bullish uptrend but from short term we still need to close consistantly over 50 day MA and hopoefully start a march towards 200 day MA...for a golden cross to ocure on adaily chart we still have some work to do i agree...
