Worth a try- Funny all the oatmeal 4 breakfast eaters here. I take my oatmeal with raisins and perhaps a banana,but the oatmeal is boiled with half a teaspoon of Sicilian sea salt, however,I balance the carbo load with the oil from chia seeds which I soak in water and injest prior to the oatmeal. I suppose coconut oil would serve the same balancing purpose. futr
