IMAI - the book value of IMAI is $0.10 ($16.4MM in assets and 164MM shares issued).

Also, only 8.3MM outstanding. Meaning, the float is only 8.3MM per the July 07, 2010 financial filing.

That is book value of $0.10/share. None of that $0.10 takes into account potential upside for the company in their business ventures.

With Prop 19 vote on 11/2/10 and early polls showing in favor of, this is going to be one hell of a stock to watch!
